what to expect
By day, I'm a Director of Operations Planning with more than 15 years spent turning complicated operations into systems that work better for the people using them. By night and weekends, I needlepoint. I started in 2020 and fell in love with the craft, then got just as familiar with the frustrations of finishing. Once a canvas leaves your hands, there can be months of wondering where it is and when it's coming home. Volunteering behind the counter at a nonprofit needlepoint shop, I saw this wasn't just my experience. Shops juggle hundreds of pieces, finishers manage intricate work behind the scenes, and stitchers just want to know their canvas is safe and moving along.
So I started building a better way. Loop brings together the two worlds I know best: operational problem-solving and needlepoint. It makes finishing easier to manage for shops and finishers, and more transparent for the stitchers who trust them with something they spent countless hours creating. Your canvas deserves better than disappearing into a black hole.
